Rear plate locking screws for Pulsar 2017

I am after a rear plate striker screws,mine keep coming loose forever tightening them,i suspect they should be self locking,,any ideas were I can get new ones from,,many txs

the locking screws are for the rear door plate,where when the rear door is closed it latches over the plate,mine keep comming loose and know amount of tightening keeps them tight,,anybody any ideas

anybody know where i can get these screws,Nissan sugested my local Nissan dealership which is in Liverpool,i live in Conwy,so thats out of the question.my car is still under warranty but thats all nissan sugested

Could you use Loctite or similar? There are a number of different products and I'd guess that one should do the job but still enable the screw to be undone if the need arises.

Do the threads or head looked damaged in anyway? Probably a design issue and they are vibrating loose or something.

As previous poster, try some Loctite or other thread locking compound which should help prevent it backing off through vibration.

Make the drive.
If your cars under warranty and the fault comes back after your fix you're likely to be charged for the repair

The OP's problem is that he can't get to the dealership due to lockdown and needs to do something now.

The screws are held in with lock tight, all I'm saying is that if for whatever reason the threads in the latch are damaged and attempts a repair himself, the dealer may charge for a new latch.

You can drive to get your car repaired during lockdown.

I wonder what the North Wales Police reaction would be to somebody trying a 120 mile round trip because a couple of screws had come loose.
