Hi, I just got a second hand pulsar so I’m new to these. On the drivers window I can push the switch down for the window to go down all the way but if I pull the switch up all the way it stops going up when I release it. Is that normal or should it continue going up and stop when the window is fully closed?

It should go all the way up but its hit and miss.
