Has anyone put an aftermarket sat nav in a pulsar rather than the connect system ? also would the cameras still work on an aftermarket display ?

This is what I am trying to find out too!

From what I have gathered the factory connect unit is a standard double din sized unit, however Connects2 do make a fascia adapter: http://www.connects2.co.uk/Product/ProductItem/CT23NS27

Connects2 do make a steering wheel control adapter: http://www.connects2.co.uk/Product/Prod ... CTSNS011.2
It doesnt state if it is for the pulsar that came with connect navigation from the factory but from the looks of it it doesnt have a RCA connector for the reversing camera.

You may have to start checking pins for signal and see if one of them is the reversing camera then wire a RCA plug onto it so you can use the factory camera

As for an aerial adapter you will need this one: http://www.connects2.co.uk/Product/ProductItem/CT27AA27

Hi!

How did you get this? I've seen the wire from my old Dasaita unit, but it's not easy to pin the yellow RCA wire to the Connects2 - CTSNS011.2 wiring.
