Hi Everyone

I'm new to the group i have a 1.2 Xtronic, last year i hit quite a large kurb. At first other than a scrapped alloy but i have noticed a humming noice from the suspension (nearside) when going round a right hand down about 45/50 mph. Just wondering if anyone knows what it could be. Nissan have said they couldn't see anything and everything looked fine. Any advice is welcome. Thanks

Sign of the wheel bearing is busted.

the noise gets more noticeable when going around a bend, that's usually a good sign bearing is on way out.
get the garage to road test the car, that should convince them there is a bearing issue

I myself and other have said this, yet when i took it to Nissan they said the bearings where fine. They did offer my a roadtest with the chief engineer may do that when the virus is over. Thanks both.
