Removal of plastic centre surround on dashboard

Hello,
My car is a Pulsar 2017 1.2 manual. I need to remove the centre shiny black portion that surrounds the radio and heating controls, the reason for this is to try and stop all the squeaks and rattles that the dealer can't fix !
I removed it quite awhile ago and I'm not sure how I did it !
I removed the top blanking plate and the two cross head screws underneath and I seem to remember I then pulled out the panel from the bottom.
I don't want to damage it by blindly pulling and breaking the panel or wiring.
All suggestions gratefully received.
Thanks in advance.

remove two screws and the cover behind the hazard button. Then pull the bottom parts of the panel.

Thanks stiyo ,I'll start the job when I've some spare time on Sunday . I seem to remember that it takes a fair old tug to remove the panel.
Regards from Neale.
