Crash warning symbol

Hi,

My car is displaying the attached symbol.
I may be wrong, but I believe it is referring to the collison module under the boot at the back.
I've checked the cable and it seems to be in correctly.

What else can I check to look at fixing this?
I've tried to look for the fuse, but I have no idea which one it would be.
My car is a Pulsar 2015 plate
