its ridiculous isn't it, I ve found out with experience that all warranty policies and insurances are a joke, they take your cash then look for ways to not pay out. their all the same.
now I have house and car insurance only, because I have too. save your cash and don't buy any is best.

these days I don't think they change the oil, just top up if it needs, personally if I was keeping the car I would drain it and put in fresh, depends how many miles you are doing. from new the gearbox oil should be ok for at least 4 years with average mileage then change if your keeping the car. the...

hi I have a diesel too, but I do mixed miles maybe more short motorway bursts of about 15 miles, my neighbour is a taxi driver and has a skoda diesel, he once a month drives in third gear on the motorway with the revs high for 20 to 30 mins and has had no bother. doesn't use cleaner.

have you had the car from new? if not the previous owner may have used that fob, sounds like battery, my key fob started doing that and I changed the battery then ok. if you change battery be carefull you put the new one in right way up, easy to put wrong way and fob wont work. guess how I know!!!!!!

I wouldn't buy it without a warranty from the garage, and don't go for one of those micky mouse insurance warranties they sometimes try to flog you there worthless.

there are a few dismantlers on ebay selling the parts, your best bet is to try them, you never know you might even get one the correct colour.

sounds like a stuck thermostat, are your electric cooling fans on? i wouldnt think its a blocked radiator, you dont say the mileage. 5litres of oils a lot you either have a leak or burning it. if the cooling system has an airlock the heater can stop working but the coolant would had have to have bee...
