Re: Help me please! Fault around view monitor
I have the same problem with the sudden unexplained misalignment with mine as well. It's been in to the dealer twice, and it's a bit better, but not as good as it was when new. It's one of the wing mirror cameras in mine that's the worst affected. Apparently the procedure to recalibrate them is extr...

Re: Mud flaps??
I don't know what dealers charge for them in the UK, but they were a crazy price here in Ireland. I bought a set of genuine ones off Amazon which were much cheaper ... https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00SYUFBOS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...

Re: Brown rust looking spots
FWIW here's a thread on the Car Detailing subforum of an Irish forum I frequent that seems to be describing something similar

Re: Brown rust looking spots
I've heard about something like this before. It's possible that someone in your neighbourhood has been using an angle grinder or similar on metal and the sparks which are effectively small red hot metal particles have hit the paintwork and burnt into it. They don't have to have been working been ve...

Around View Monitor out of calibration
Has anyone here had their Around View Monitor, the 360 degree birds eye view one, go out of calibration? On mine the two side camera images seem to have moved relative to the front and rear and no longer line up properly. I have no idea how this can happen, as there's no damage been done to the car,...

Re: Different Stop/Start issue
I've had that happen to me too on a couple of occasions and it's quite disconcerting if you don't know what's happening. Of course it usually happens just as the lights go green, cue loads of people impatiently beeping at you to get a move on, which doesn't help.

One again, physically, the card is a bog standard SD card, it's the way the data is written to it when the card is created, specifically the use made of the Secure part of the Secure Digital standard that makes it unreadable on a PC.

Re: Sat Nav Map Update - Nissan taking the ****
Using a standard SD card, and allowing customers to update it via their PC, is the obvious thing to do if customer service is the main desire. It IS a standard SD card. SD stands for Secure Digital, which means each card has a unique identifier burnt into it which is not normally accessible to soft...

Re: Connect
Depending on where you live it may not be available, such as here in Ireland. It's a PITA, and neither Nissan or Google can tell me WHY!
